In the tactic of allowing overrun, a reconnaissance team deliberately positions itself within the planned advance corridor of enemy forces in order to be overtaken in a controlled manner – without being detected.
Operating deep in hostile territory, Nidhöggr observes troop movements, convoys, or landing elements from close proximity while remaining below enemy detection and sensor thresholds. The objective is to acquire highly accurate, real-time intelligence on enemy strength, composition, and movement direction, and to relay this information securely to command or allied elements.
This tactic demands absolute discipline, flawless camouflage, and an exceptional understanding of the environment as well as enemy scanning systems and patrol routines.
